Twiga Coach Line has begun in 1994 with the purchase of a first bus
Luxury Scania . In the beginning the company insured the journey Dar Es Salaam to Lilongwe
to the Malawi. In 1996 and 1997 new two bus Luxury Scania have been added to this service.
From time to time a bus is pulled its course for a special race (reservation) as in
1997 and 1998 to destination of "The Cape" in South Africa .
Each bus is equipped a system video to embellish the duration of journeys and serves also
to the welcome of passengers and to information of travel in general .
The air conditioning has been abandoned for the moment because habits of natives hardly
lend there. They prefer to travel with open windows or open them at every turn. In general
rule the heat is not had true to tell a disadvantage major for this gender of
transportation. A great part of the course is in mountainous zone or the temperature is

In date of January 2000 a restructuring of the service twiga and N'dingo enterprises have
not brought modifications as follow....

1 bus remains in garage to repair the two others.
Currently bus TWIGA are not smoking.
