Guides of Sisi kwa Sisi

Sisi kwa Sisi Society is a grass root organisation in Mbeya, thatassist young people to start income generating activities. Their main activities are in agriculture,handicrafts,and tour guiding.The guides of Sisi kwa Sisi all come from Mbeya Region. They are proud of their country and descent, and know their Region very well: They all speak fluently English: Some speak French and German: All are experienced in organising guided tours for tourists

The Sisi kwa Sisi Society is an affilated project to the cultural tourism programm(CTP). CTP is a joint programme of the Tanzania Tourist Board and the Netherlands Development Organisation SNV,that assists local people to organise tours in the areas where they live.CTP provides the Sisi kwa Sisi society with advice on organising tours,and assists them in promoting the Mbeya Region as a tourist destination.Sisi Kwa Sisi is putting much efforts in promoting Mbeya Region and others parts of Southern Highlands of Tanzania as a unique tourist destination

Nicholas A NTINDA, is guide of Sisi kwa Sisi that has spontaneously collaborated to the project of "CNTOUR". Its collaboration to the future project is a guarantee of quality. Profit from tourism activities will be used to improve agricultural projects initiated by the Sisi kwa Sisi Society. These development fees will help to ensure that local vilagers can sustain and holter their primarily agricultural based livehood.
