1: Introduction:
NDF is a brain child of Hon ,Mr K.A Ndingo,after being elected to be award councellor. NDF,is a peoples foundation which among other things aiming to reduce extreme poverty among the people of Luteba ward.Luteba ward situated in East Africa in Tanzania,Mbeya Region,Tukuyu District.Luteba area is surrounded by mountains and water,
2 :Objectives
Ndingo Development Fund, has many objectives, but in their generous aiming at reducing if not removing the mass poverty which surround our people, but to mentions those objective here under follows:
First is to make sure that those Orphans,[street children],who have caused due to their parents death either by AIDS,accident,chorela or whatever harzads,receive acquired support either materially or morally, the purpose is to make sure they go to school and receive other things which are vital for their survival and development at large.
Second, the NDF will make sure that the old people, [means those who have resigned in their Government or private institutions],get treatments whatever possible, also gets other necessary requirements i.e., blankets, clothes, etc.
Third, The NDF,intends to support the disabbled,so that they get bicycles, they join schools, and they receive the necessary requirements for their sustainable developments. This will includes launching of development groups, providing seminars, and providing loans ,for the purpose of boosting their economy and raise their leaving standard.
Fourth,NDF,aims at launching small financial institution,[Ward Bank]which will purposely produce small loans to youths groups, women groups and other groups, for the purpose of reducing poverty and increase direct fund to the people at large,in the other hand will stimulate the economy.
3 Sources of fund:
It is obvious, that various planning fails due to lack of funds the NDF.
In order to meet the desired goals depends funds from various sources, those are as follows here under;
First and foremost is small contribution from our people, we have peasants, livestock keeper and small business holders, these will contribute a certain amount to the NDF,to met its goals.
Second, The Hon ward councillor Mr K.A. Ndingo,by himself contribute 30,000/=every month approximated for ten month. This much will boost NDF Objective.
Third internal and external support, for example already we have recived medicine from Switzerland awarded by Mr Rene Chillier. A best friend of Mr Ndingo.Also we depends from internal friends,relatives and partners.
4 Request
It is very true that, accumulating fund is a great problem,dispite of the good plan.Therefore we request relatives,friends,partner ,institutions,cooperatives,goverment organisation, [Ngo's],and other foundation to provide their respectiful aid, either morally or materially,inoder to reduce the extreme poverty which sorrounds our ward.

6 Conclution
We belive that poverty is not a man -born,therefore it can be removed through mutual-cooperation,hard working,good planning, supportive mechanism etc.
We asure all who will provide their support or aid to the NDF, that their aid will be used properly as arranged,and will reach to the planed people.
