1: The needs of medicines
still we have great needs of medicines, the medicine sent by you it is very
usefull to the people, But there are other people who are still dying with
diseases which can  easily treated because of their poverty to buy
medicines, I enclose with the list of the medicines needed.

2:OLD PEOPLE:
  In Mwakaleli (Luteba ward)i have old people who because of their oldness
they cant work for satisfcation, others they dont have children to assist
them in their life, I have 200 old people who are very old also very poor.
They cannot run their life without support, we beg any people to support
these people, Their common needs are blankets,  clothes,bed sheets, shoes ,
even if used it will be of great help to these people.
  Here the cost estimation of blankets per year
   200people@ 10us$=2000$

3:ORPHANS
we have children whom their parents died od HIV(AIDS)these children needs to
be supported in primary school education, Thanks to government there is no
fees nowdays.
But their needs are of school Uniform, exercise books, text books, Soap,
pens,
We have 101 orphans who needs support in education facilities mentioned
above.
Per year, the cost is
  101orpans@20$= 2020$ total

4:DISABLED
we have people who can not move they walk by using hands and legs by
clawling, They needs to be supported bicycles of three tyres
  In my ward I have 26 disabled, I enclose with photos which are relevant
and important in findind aid from any organisation to support these people.
In Tanzania cost estimated of three tyre bicycles.
    26people@150 $= 3600$
we beg even if it is used bicycles can help them

5:SMALL BRIDGES
Mwakaleli is very surrounded by rivers hence the problems  of connecting one
village to yhe other is very dificullt
we beg aid or assistance from any organisation or private people so that we
can construct small bridges to connnect various places of Luteba
The most targeted problematic rivers are 5, so we need support of
maintanence of 5 bridges in connecting more than 6 villages the cost
estimated is 2000$@= 10,000$ total

5:Luteba ward
The ward is comprising 7 villages with 7 villages executives who adminester
villages in developments process. These villages are far from each other
hence the work of executives becomes difficult. WE beg assistance of normal
biycles which can simplfy work of our village executives to administer the
developments. They can move from one  village to another by short time. If
you support bicycles to them you support development of Luteba ward.

6:DIESEL MILLING MACHINE
up to date there is no machine in Luteba ward to mill the crops of the
people and this is because there is no electricity
womens move far away on foot to find machine to mill their crops. They move
up to 10 kilometres away each day.
To reduce these burden to women we beg assistance to have diesel machine
which will be of great assistance to the people.
Todate cost of machine including spare parts are 2500$

Lastly it is not posssible to mention all problems, these few mentioned are
of most required to be supported.

WARD COUNCELLOR OF LUTEBA

The Ward Councillor(Mr.K.N'dingo) was looking and inspecting the development process,especially in education.Here the primary school of Loyela mwakaleli(Luteba Ward)

Here the chairman of Ipuguso village with the ward concillor explaining among houses while the poor people are lising Many of these houses is used by old people.These people ever sleep without bed sheet or blankets.
