You are most welcome to RIFT VALLEY HOTEL LTD-Mbeya. It is at the foot of Mount Loleza in Mbeya Municipality about 800 km from Dar Es Salaam International Airport and Seaport,approximately 5 km to Mbeya Airport.
The Hotel is situated a few kilometres from Tanzania/Zambia Highway,with a capacity of 75 beds,also with Lobby,Lounge,Kyejo and Zebra Bars,Garden Restaurant and bar,Disco and Tausi Halls as well as Roof Garden Hall.
From the Hotel to Lake Nyasa(Malawi) where the beautiful MATEMA BEACH is,is just 160 km and to the Zambian border is about 107 km. |

Our Restaurant has an unconventional and friendly atmosphere,as the tables are arranged for four,six and eight persons,you have got the opportunity to meet other guests informally.Just sit- down and enjoy the company we assure you will be well attended to. |
MEALS TIME
Breakfast from 06.00am to 10.00am
Luncheon from 12.30Noon to 02.30pm
Dinner from 07.00pm to 10.30pm
Restaurant services are provided for 24hours.You can also order for your safari Lunchbox.Just place you order at the Reception.
Laundry: Laundry list is placed in your room ready for your action.Just fill it and leave your clothes with it ready for laundry before 10.00am. Be sure of getting ready cleaned the same day by 07.00pm. |
| Dry Cleaning: You need to give us an allowance of 2 days before you get them back. This service is done out of management,thus,we take no responsibility what so ever. It is at your own risk. |
| Valuables: Please,you are advised to see the receptionist on duty or the Hotel manager on your arrival for safe deposit of your valuables. The management accepts no responsibility for your valuables not placed in safe deposit. |
| Visitors: Kindly note that you may not take non-resident of the hotel to your Room after 07.00pm. |
| Telephone calls: Place your number to the Receptionist if you want to phone outside the Hotel. |
| Animals: Animals are not allowed in the Hotel compound:The management reserves the right of turning out a guest contravening this rule. |

TO ENSURE A MORE PLEASANT STAY WE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING
1 Do not walk in the streets at night on foot after 07.00pm.
2 Place you valuable in the hotel safe deposit
3 Close your room door and deposit the key at the reception Desk whenever you are out of the room
4 Make sure all your water taps are closed after use.
5 Never admit a person with unsolicited deliveries in your room.
6 Do not reveal the name of the hotel or your room number to strangers.
7 Deposit room key to the receptionist on duty on your departure.
8 Do not drink water straight from the tap.
9 Do not forget to take malaria tablets weekly.
10 Make sure the hotel Manager or his Assistant is informed of any difficult you may come across during your kind stay with us.
